Continuing Education Transfer Credit Request

🎓 Transfer Credit & OHS Industry Training

 This Transfer Credit Request form is for students currently enrolled in a non-credit, part-time Continuing Education program. If you are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree program, please contact your Faculty for the correct process applicable to your program.

Use this form to request credit toward your certificate program based on previous post-secondary coursework or recognized industry training (OHS Certificate only).

📌 You may request credit for:
 ➡️ Transfer Credit (completed coursework at a recognized post-secondary institution)
 ➡️ OHS Industry Training Recognition (for up to 21 elective enrichment hours in the OHS Certificate program)

📝 Before you begin:
✔️ You must be admitted to your program
📄 Be ready to provide all required documents (e.g., course outlines, proof of industry training/designation)
📬 Official transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution to the University of Alberta
💳 A $125 non-refundable assessment fee must be paid at the time of submission
