Program Description
Frontline Leader training is essential for any organization. Ensuring that the employees managing others have the skills and knowledge is crucial for effective and efficient organizations. This is a three-course certificate, which will offer organizations the toolkit they need for their frontline leaders.

- Cost of the full program:$1,935 CAD effective Fall 2025
- Submit your program declaration at no extra cost
- Flexible payment – pay course-by-course as you go
- Courses are GST-exempt.
- Some courses may require additional resources, such as textbooks
- It’s designed for part-time study and can generally be completed within 8 months to 1 year.
- Courses don’t have to be completed in any specific order, so you can choose the courses that best fit your schedule.
- Grading is through assessments, which could include quizzes, exams, discussion forums, papers, and presentations.

- After you successfully complete your program requirements, you’ll receive an email letting you know when your certificate is ready. If you have any questions about your credentials, please contact the program office. Once you receive your certificate, you’ll also be eligible to become a UAlberta Associate Alumni.

- Proficiency in English and a stable internet connection are needed to participate and succeed in our courses.
