Course Description
Leading people and teams acknowledges the vital role of others in the leadership relationship. Topics may include: performance management; introductory coaching and mentoring; developing talent; and building trust and resiliency.
Who Should Take This Course?
Aimed at emerging leaders, supervisors, and mid-level managers who seek to move up within their organization by improving their leadership skills.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, students should be able to:

- 🗸 Understand team norms and team development.
- 🗸 On an ongoing basis assess your own development and leadership practice.
