Course Description
Critical to the success of an organization is its ability to manage the interests of multiple stakeholders. Topics may include: theories and practices of stakeholder identification; stakeholder analysis; stakeholder engagement; and specific leadership strategies that help an organization reach its goals.

Aimed at emerging leaders, supervisors, and mid-level managers who seek to move up within their organization by improving their leadership skills.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course you should be able to:
- Define and categorize stakeholders so that they are better able to develop stakeholder management plans.
- Recognize the importance of stakeholder management and be in a position to charter a course of action that balances the needs of the organization with that of the stakeholder in question.
- Plan and execute stakeholder management effectively based on a structured approach that involves the adoption of defined activities in different stages of stakeholder management.
