EXSM 3935 - JavaScript I
Course Description
JavaScript is a programming language that allows you to implement complex features on web pages including timely content updates, interactive maps, animated graphics and more. Students will be introduced to JavaScript by exploring the fundamentals of programming in JavaScript, and learn to apply these concepts in a console environment. Topics include decisions, iteration, exceptions, encapsulation, proper code structure and debugging strategies. Prerequisite EXSM 3931Learner Outcomes
After completing this course, students should be able to:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of JavaScript and its purpose on the web.
- Add JavaScript code and functionality to a web page.
