EXSM 3936 - JavaScript II
Course Description
Build upon the skills you gained in JavaScript I and dive into manipulating web pages with advanced scripts. Topics include object oriented programming, the document object model, inheritance, polymorphism, asynchronous scripts, application programming interfaces, recursion and browser storage.
This course may be eligible for the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG), with final approval determined by CAPG administrators. Employers and applicants can review the CAPG guidelines and full details on the University of Alberta’s Continuing Education website.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, students should be able to:
