Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG)

Looking to upskill, or encourage your employer to support your professional development? The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG) helps Alberta employers invest in training that builds productivity and competitiveness within their teams.

Through this employer-driven grant, organizations can receive partial reimbursement for the cost of sending employees to eligible training programs, including those offered through the University of Alberta’s Continuing Education.

This funding, provided by the Government of Alberta through the Workforce Development Agreement, is designed to strengthen Alberta’s workforce by helping employers and employees gain the skills needed for long-term success.
