EXKSR 6400 - Budgeting and Financial Management for Recreation, Sport, and Tourism Enterprises
Course Description
This course introduces students to budgeting principles and financial management practices relevant to recreation, sport, and tourism organizations. Topics include: revenue forecasting, expense planning, financial statement analysis, ratio interpretation, risk management, and capital budgeting. Students will apply financial tools and concepts through real-world case studies, with emphasis on aligning budgets to organizational goals and funding strategies for infrastructure projects.
