This introductory course will provide you with an understanding of dry needling and how to integrate it into rehab practice. The content covers the history of dry needling, how it differs from acupuncture, the theories and techniques that support the practice, and its benefits, indications, and safety considerations. In addition, current associated regulations and an overview of technique courses will be covered. This course will provide you with a strong, evidence-based foundation if you are considering dry needling certification.
