Course Description
This course provides a foundational overview of musculoskeletal (MSK) anatomy, introducing the key concepts that underpin human movement and function. You will explore common anatomical terminology and movement terms, the structure and function of bones, cartilage, and joints, the architecture and function of skeletal muscle, and the anatomy of the peripheral and central nervous systems. Together, these topics provide the essential knowledge needed to prepare for more advanced study in anatomy and related health disciplines.
