Course Description

Microsoft SharePoint is a collaborative platform that integrates document management, content sharing, communication, and teamwork tools within a single environment. It is widely used across organizations to help teams organize information, manage documents, and work more effectively from virtually anywhere.

In this introductory course (previously delivered by the Technology Training Centre), participants will learn how to confidently navigate and work within SharePoint team sites to support collaboration and daily operations. Offered through a group-paced, classroom-based learning model, the course combines guided instruction with structured practical exercises and instructor-led, hands-on activities.
